When and where is the conference taking place?

The conference will be held at MKC, on the 20th of September. It's in the city center, close to most of the stuff you might want to check out. Plus, if you're into brutalist architecture, you're in for a treat.

Do you have a code of conduct?

Yes, we do. We want to create a safe and inclusive environment for everyone. You can find our Code of Conduct here.

When and where can I submit a talk?

The Call for Papers (CFP) will be open until the 1st of June, 2025. You can submit your talk proposal here. The main conference day sessions should be 25 (+10) minutes long, plus Q&A. We're open to workshops and other formats, so feel free to submit your ideas. No matter how wild they might be. If you have any questions or need help with your submission, feel free to reach out to us at what@wts.sh.

When is the full agenda going to be published?

We're working hard to put together a great lineup of speakers and workshops. Yes, we plan to have workshops too. We'll publish the full agenda by mid July. Here's an overview of the full timeline up until the conference.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we do:

Early Bird: We're gradually increasing the ticket price as we get closer to the event. So, the sooner you get your ticket, the better. To get a better idea of the scaling, have a look at our timeline.
Group Discount: If you're coming with a group of 5 or more, you can get a 5% discount on the total price. This scales all the way up to 20% for groups of 20 or more. Contact us at what@wts.sh for more information.
Student Discount: We offer a 50% discount for students. Please send us an email at what@wts.sh with a valid student ID to get a discount code.
Community Partner Discount: If you're a member of one of our community partners, ask them for a discount code.
